Health & Safety Policy

Health & Safety Policy

At Modern Infinite Elevations Contracting, we are committed to protecting the health, safety, and welfare of our team, contractors, and the environment. Our operations are governed by three core values: Safety, Health, and Welfare. These guide every decision, action, and project we undertake.

Our Commitments

  • We prioritize accident prevention across all sites, workshops, and projects. Every effort is made to create and maintain the safest possible working conditions for all.
  • We expect all personnel to strictly follow safety protocols. These guidelines are communicated clearly, frequently, and retrained regularly to ensure understanding and compliance.
  • Preventive measures are integrated into all operational systems. We maintain a proactive approach toward identifying hazards, reducing risk, and avoiding injury, damage to equipment, and loss or spoilage of materials.
  • Safety personnel provide continuous oversight, advice, and intervention. They work closely with line management to ensure safety practices are adhered to and are effective in daily operations.
  • We conduct regular audits and reviews of our safety systems, procedures, and performance to verify that they remain adequate, effective, and relevant.
  • In all activities, including planning, execution, and supervision, we uphold the principle that health and safety must never be compromised for the sake of productivity, cost control, or schedule adherence.
  • We also embrace our environmental responsibilities, ensuring that our operations have minimal adverse impact and that safety of the environment is considered with sincerity.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Management commits to providing necessary resources — trained personnel, appropriate tools, accurate information, and supportive systems — so that all health and safety policies are fully implemented.
  • Supervisors and Team Leaders are responsible for enforcing safety standards, monitoring site practices, and ensuring that crews follow protocols at all times.
  • Every Employee and Contractor must take personal responsibility: abide by all safety instructions, report hazards, participate in safety training, and cease unsafe acts.

Review & Continuous Improvement

Modern Infinite Elevations Contracting will regularly review this Health & Safety Policy and our related practices, ensuring they remain suitable, effective, and aligned with evolving standards, regulations, and best practices. Lessons learned from incidents, near misses, and audits will be used to improve our systems continually.
